In this hands-on cooking class, native Indian Chef Nikita will teach the participants how to whip up an authentic Northern Indian Cuisine for the entire family. Master 3 dishes within 3 hrs including:-
Starters : Onion Bhaji (Fritters)
A popular snack from Maharashtra, India. Best consumed with a hot cup of masala chai (spice tea) on a rainy day!
Main Course: Chicken Tikka Wrap
A healthy quick bite with Tandoori chicken pieces, salad and chutneys to satiate the tongue.
Dessert: Sabudana Kheer
Easy to make and a favourite amongst the young and old.
